Espresso modern techniques

  • The time when you used just 7 grams and 30ml for your cup of coffee is over.

  • New trends and techniques have come and we will teach you the different approaches to espresso.

  • You will be building a recipe using Brew Ratios, measuring extraction yields and we will teach you to understand how the variables of: coffee, grind size, water and temperature effects flavour.

  • At the training you will be using modern coffee machine with installed scales and gravimetric technology.

  • Training is in English, with translation to Czech if needed.

  • Price: 300 euros
  • Duration: 10:00 – 17:00, with a group lunch break
  • Number of participants in one course: 2-5 participants
