Espresso modern techniques
The time when you used just 7 grams and 30ml for your cup of coffee is over.
New trends and techniques have come and we will teach you the different approaches to espresso.
You will be building a recipe using Brew Ratios, measuring extraction yields and we will teach you to understand how the variables of: coffee, grind size, water and temperature effects flavour.
At the training you will be using modern coffee machine with installed scales and gravimetric technology.
Training is in English, with translation to Czech if needed.
