SCAE brewing intermediate

  • The SCAE Brewing Intermediate course introduces you to the core skills and equipment required to produce brewed coffee and to understand how to chart different brew styles.

  • Over 2 days we look deep into: coffee grinding, roast level, and brewing variables.

  • There is both a written and practical exam.

  • Training is in English, with translation to Czech if needed.
  • Price: 200 euros per day (400 euros in total) plus the fee for the SCAE exam
  • Exam price: 100 euros for members, 180 for not members.
  • Duration: 2 days, both 10:00 – 17:00, with a group lunch break
