SCAE brewing intermediate
The SCAE Brewing Intermediate course introduces you to the core skills and equipment required to produce brewed coffee and to understand how to chart different brew styles.
Over 2 days we look deep into: coffee grinding, roast level, and brewing variables.
There is both a written and practical exam.
- Training is in English, with translation to Czech if needed.
- Price: 200 euros per day (400 euros in total) plus the fee for the SCAE exam
- Exam price: 100 euros for members, 180 for not members.
- Duration: 2 days, both 10:00 – 17:00, with a group lunch break
